GWAR

This post will simply be without images. The reason is because I have still yet to unpack my stuff from my trip to NJ. It's been a few days, but lethargy, weather, GWAR, and drinking have been the death of my time. The weather, it just rained not so long ago so I was mainly bed ridden, in half lethargy, half pain, and half sleepiness from not sleeping the last few days. Yes, it equals ManBearPig, I know. The drinking was at Piratz Tavern, the most wonderful Pirate themed tavern I know of. The booze is well priced especially on half priced drink night, and the people are awesome. GWAR though...

If you don't know what GWAR is, I envy your eardrums. I should tell you to go google it, but your web browser might burst into flames, your hard drive or solid state drive might vomit, and all of your LEDs might simultaneously turn red and explode into death shards, which, if GWAR hears of it, they will make a song out of including a few lines about sodomizing your family dog, possibly with your mother.

Every time I see GWAR, I don't just see it, no, I survive it. This time I wasn't in the mosh pit, I wasn't covered in various fluids, I wasn't trampled by an overweight woman in stiletto heels, and this time I felt I could breath. I still had the bass run through the core of my soul. And a few times I questioned if I was still alive.

When it was all over my hearing was at about 20-30% and when silence came, the loud ringing came. When the painkillers wore off, my stupidity pretty much had me stuck. You see dear reader, I use a cane when I walk, and usually I use a giant metal crutch designed cane made out of copper pipes. Without such a weight to hold me back, and on painkillers making me feel nothing, I felt a-fucking-mazing. I was running, jumping, skipping, grapevining and it was great. During the show, when my legs or back felt off, I did a power squat to realign myself, holding onto the second floor railing.

I am still aching from that night, my muscles are tight as hell, there might be a hairline fracture in my bad ankle for all I know. After a hot soothing bath listening to "Birth of the Cool" I relaxed, but not all of me. Just the muscles I needed to move around, so everything which hurt, was still tough as mutton yet the read of me was like an over boiled noodle. I slept in the tub this night with a hot trickle to keep the water temperature controlled and not turn me into an ice cube.

When I feel up to it, sometime tomorrow, I have to still take down the Chrismas tree, clean the apartment for the Banshee who is kicking me out, visit my friend on an eight hour shift and get ready to do last minute college registration; if I get bored waiting for sleep to come, I'll draw some epic pictures, if not, they'll come sooner or later. I still have to practice my tablet on GIMP and Photoshop Elements 8.

Merry New Year!

Like dressing up a dog...

Sometimes I look at the world with disdain, like some supreme god. Usually this involves watching FOX news, sipping Earl Grey tea and stroking my... imaginary beard. It is a strange experience, I'll give that to you, but it does make you feel the world is going to fall apart. Sensationalism is fun, so are whales. For your viewing enjoyment, I give you a sperm (swallowing) whale! sperm whale.png D'awww isn't she precious? Well I am still playing with my tablet. Coming back to Maryland tomorrow before meeting my grandmother. Grandma.png The trick is knowing both are loaded, but only one can protect you from a bear.

I am a strange person so I will be posting random things, from video games to computers to life stuff as well. I am thrilled about this holiday which has gone by and I'll be sure to post my December breakdown, but for now, this is a simple test and a simple post. be sure to look on. asitm.png
